The problem at Nasz Stolik is trying to integrate two distinctly different sale functions in the same operation. A transaction could be initiated in one location (for example in the Delicatessen) and then need to be finalized at the Café terminal.
Customer satisfaction would be greatly enhanced by completing all purchases in the one transaction.
By linking two Uniwell HX-1500 POS terminals an a shared network, one bill can be transferred for settlement to the other terminal. The Deli terminal is linked to a Honeywell data scanner as well as a set of POS Interfaced Scales, while the Cafe terminal has a scanner as well as a coffee printer.
